86: Carlow, Ireland

Carlow is a town in Ireland, the structure of the town is good, it has loads of things to do aswell as it has shops, two cinemas within a 5 minute walk and two shopping centers within a 3 minute walk, at the town centre there is a fountain which is considered the ‘heart of the town’

But it isn’t a big enough town or major enough to make it any higher
