Manila is the capital city of The Philippines, this city has tones of skyscrapers and tall buildings, the city has mediocre lighting though, that’s why I couldn’t put it any higher than 32nd place, if it was a tiny bit more lit or had the same lighting as some of the other cities it would be placed somewhere in the top 20 but that isn’t the case so it is at 32nd place in my opinion, but nevertheless, it’s an absolutely beautiful city!
